This hexagonal brass barrel of the Varius Ivanhoe series features a unique fine coat of chain mail woven from stainless steel, which gives the pen a unique look and feel. The cap, clip and barrel tip are silver-plated and rhodium-plated, and the push button is adorned with the Caran d'Ache emblem. The exclusive writing instrument is easily stored in the breast pocket of a shirt or jacket or attached to a notebook, thanks to the spring-loaded clip. The black rollerball ink cartridge featuring a fine tip ensures impeccable writing clarity and can be replaced with “Haute Ecriture” cartridges (not compatible with 849 ink cartridges).
