§ 8 Information on the Right of Withdrawal 

Right of withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. The model withdrawal form is provided with the order confirmation and can also be requested by e-mail.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at  https://www.bethge.store/vertrag-widerrufen/. If you use this online option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as by e-mail, containing information about the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.

If you make use of one of these options, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal, for example by e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Consequences of withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods if they are returned from within Germany. If goods are returned from abroad, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods that cannot be returned by parcel delivery will be collected from you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special information

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised to meet the customer’s personal requirements.
