This elegant notebook with a flexible cover made of Italian cowhide is handcrafted in our in-house atelier and combines unique design with leather craftsmanship and high expertise in paper processing and bookbinding.
Available with three different book blocks—ruled, blank or dotted—the notebooks become practical companions and are suitable for various applications. Only the ruled and dotted versions have page numbers. Inside, only fine paper with a grammage of 100 g/m² in a light cream tone is used, which comes from a German paper mill and offers excellent writing characteristics for fountain pens, rollerballs and ballpoint pens. Thread stitching—a binding method of high workmanship—ensures particular durability. Another quality feature is the headband, which protects against dust and wear. Two ribbon markers make orientation easier.
A unique look is provided by the front and back endpapers, which are refined in hand screen printing with the characteristic Bethge “Square” pattern, as well as the edge coloring in an elegant gold, silver or champagne tone.
