The sturdy wooden frame is covered by hand with embossed cowhide in an Italian leather goods workshop and finished with colour-matched decorative stitching for an understated look. The leather is water-repellent and scratch-resistant, ensuring a long service life. The larger compartment is 20 x 5 x 2 cm and is ideal for writing implements such as a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, pencil etc. The two smaller square compartments (5 x 5 x 2 cm) are useful for an eraser, paper clips and the like. The entire tray is 35.5 x 8 x 3.9 cm.
