The rollerball pen has a high-grade resin barrel featuring an elaborate barley grain guilloche pattern that is created by means of engraved lines. Guilloche was a technique used predominantly to decorate watches and jewellery and has been used here to turn high-end writing implements into ornate must-have items. The barrel has been lacquered by hand and highly polished. The metal parts in this Black Edition are made of titanium with a PVD coating to protect the surface, thus making the pen even more durable.
