Caran d'Ache was inspired by the world of golf when it created this limited edition that is as elegant as it is daring. The Varius Trophy rollerball pen embodies attributes associated with golf – from the pen’s philosophy to its features. Golf gloves made of perforated leather, the dimples of a golf ball as well as the comfortable grip of a golf club are all echoed in the design of this Varius Trophy pen. The rhodium-plated accents of this writing implement are an elegant contrast to the soft and finely perforated full-grain leather in midnight blue at the grip section, the seam of which is of the same colour as the leather. This collection is limited to 336 pens, symbolising the number of dimples on a typical golf ball, and the number within the limited edition is engraved on each pen cap. This unique limited edition pen comes in a premium midnight-blue presentation case boasting a magnetic fastener and an additional leather pen holder. The elegant, midnight blue pen holder is made of smooth calf leather with an intuitive opening for safe portable storage of the pen. The mineral tanning of the leather results in a particularly pliable leather that features a laser-engraved Caran d’Ache logo.
